What is ISO PRO & Why is it a Great Supplement?

Protein is an important part of our daily diet, and no one can deny it. When you include doing out in your regimen, it becomes even more crucial because the more muscle fibers you destroy, the more protein you'll need to rebuild them. Whey protein is one of the most common types of protein supplements available today, with Whey Concentrate and Whey Isolate being the two main types (ISO PRO). When milk is processed to make cheese or yogurt, the proteins are naturally separated by the water accumulating on top of the whey (which accounts for 20% of the protein in milk) and the slow-digesting proteins in the cheese or yogurt. Whey protein provides your body with all of the key amino acids it requires, and it does so in a very soluble and digestible form. Whey's subsequent classification into concentrate and isolate is determined by how it is processed.

Whey Concentrate, as the title indicates, contains a good amount of lipids, carbohydrates, and lactose in addition to protein. While the protein content is about 80%, the remaining nutrients are also important for body growth. On the other hand, the Whey Isolate has a more isolated protein dose that reaches over 90% of the powder, with little to no lipids, carbohydrates, or lactose. The lack of lactose, carbohydrates, and lipids in whey isolate makes it excellent for lactose-intolerant persons or those who want to eat a more regulated diet for shredded muscle building. When it comes to comparing the protein composition of both types, there isn't much of a difference; a bigger dose of Why Concentrate will provide you with the same amount of proteins as Whey Isolate.

Because both forms of the protein, Whey Isolate and Whey Concentrate, are by-products of the same milk manufacturing, the protein structure and digestibility are identical. Whey Isolate is just a more refined version of Whey Concentrate that removes all of the sugar (lactose), lipids, and carbohydrates for a more concentrated dosage of protein. Because there is no lactose present, it loses its natural sweet protein flavor, but it is an excellent alternative for lactose-intolerant people or those who need to keep track of their daily calorie intake.

What are the benefits of ISO PRO Whey Protein?

It contains 25g of high-quality protein, which aids in the building and growth of lean muscle mass, which is essential for improved performance in a variety of activities and sports.

It's also ideal for individuals on a calorie-controlled diet because it's low in fat, carbs, and sugar.

ISO: PRO also includes 3g of leucine and a thorough amino profile, which are the building blocks of new protein. This isn't something the body can make, so it has to come from your diet, which is usually expensive and time-consuming.

What is the best time to consume ISO PRO Whey Protein?

Because it is quickly absorbed, we recommend eating one of our four delectable flavors 30-60 minutes after your workout. Alternatively, consume at any time during the day to maintain your daily protein requirement.
