A women's body needs all the vitamins on daily basis but some vitamins are necessary to be taken for the healthy health of a woman.

  • Vitamin D: Vitamin D helps to regulate the amount of calcium and phosphate in the women's body it also strengthens bones, teeth and makes your muscles healthy. Lack of vitamin D causes bone pain also called osteomalacia in adults. At the age of 30-35 bones become weak in women’s body so women need to acquire a diet and supplements containing vitamin D.

  • Vitamin B: Vitamin B is important for making sure the body cells are functioning properly. Vitamin B helps to create new blood cells and brain cells in our body. It also converts food into energy, maintains healthy skin cells and body tissues.

  • Magnesium:The potent mineral helps dilate blood vessels and dissolve blood clots. The institute of medicine of the National Academy of Sciences recommends that women who are n between the age of 30-35 years or older receive a dietary intake of magnesium of about 320 mg.

         Sources of magnesium: Nuts, Wheat, Dry Beans, Etc.

  • Calcium: Calcium is essential to keep your bones strong and healthy. Calcium supports our teeth and bones to stay strong. The body also needs calcium for muscles to move and for nerves to carry messages between the brain and every body part.

    Sources of calcium: Milk, cheese, and many dairy products, etc.

  • Iron: Iron is also a very important vitamin for women to acquire because it helps in the growth and development of the body. Iron makes hemoglobin in our bodies. Iron is a protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen from the lungs to all parts of the body and hemoglobin, a protein that provides oxygen to muscles. Women's body also needs iron to make some hormones.

    Sources of Iron: - Seafood, Beans, Red meat, etc
